Guide to Natural Allergy Support
Allergy season is starting which means trouble for allergy sufferers. Many people try multiple pharmaceuticals and or natural remedies before they find a combo that works for them.
I’ve listed some of my favorite remedies to try. For my own personal journey treating underlying heavy metal toxicity (mercury in my case) with Dr Thomas Szulc, made the most long term difference.
- Quercetin – 200mg 2-3x/day
- Rutin – 100mg 2-3x/day
- Vitamin C – 300mg 2-3x/day
- Local Honey – 1 Tbsp 2-3x/day
- Butterbur – 50mg 2-3x/day
- Luteolin – 100mg 2-3x/day
- Lemon Balm – 500mg/day
- Elderberry – 600mg/day
- Nettles – 500mg/day
- NAC – 50mg 2-3x/day
- Bromelain – 100mg 2-3x/day
Dietary changes-removing sugar, dairy, gluten and processed foods, also made a huge difference for me personally and many of my patients. Probiotics and healing leaky gut play a huge role as well.
I’ve also tried Allergy shots, LDA, NAET, neti pots, saline sprays, and acupuncture at some point, all of which also greatly helped. I will be putting together a more comprehensive allergy wellness guide shortly.
